The Founding 100 application is used to understand demand, interest, and fit for a future clinic. The application is free. No payment is collected today. No medical intake, treatment, prescription, diagnosis, or clinical decision happens on this site.
Founder Rate Language
The planned Founding 100 founder membership rate is around $99-119 per month for the first 12 months if an applicant qualifies when enrollment opens. The planned standard membership rate is $149-179 per month plus transparent medication pricing after the Founding 100 cohort. Pricing, eligibility, services, and availability may change before launch.
